Reports To: Clinical Director/Program Manager

Job Summary

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups. This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective, individualized treatment plans and maintaining thorough clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and regularly review goal-oriented, measurable treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Facilitate linkage to community resources and advocate for client needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and compliance with HIPAA.
• Minimum 1 year experience post-licensure clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
