Reports To: Clinical Supervisor
Job Summary
The LMFT specializes in relational health, providing systemic therapy to individuals, couples, and families to address mental, emotional, and behavioral issues within the context of family and relationship systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments focused on relationship dynamics and family history.
- Provide trauma-informed family, couples, and individual therapy sessions.
- Develop relational treatment plans with measurable goals that involve key family members.
- Collaborate with external systems (schools, medical providers) to ensure coordinated care.
- Facilitate psychoeducational groups on topics such as communication, parenting, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Demonstrated expertise in systemic and relational therapeutic models.
- Strong diagnostic skills using the DSM-5 criteria.
