Reports To: Clinical Director

Job Summary

The Psychologist provides advanced psychological services, including comprehensive psychological testing, diagnosis, individual and group psychotherapy, and consultation within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, score, and interpret a wide range of psychological and neuropsychological tests.
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic).
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans.
  • Consult with staff, families, and external agencies regarding treatment planning and behavioral support.
  • Maintain all testing materials and ensure documentation meets professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Current, active, and unrestricted state licensure as a Psychologist.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting psychological assessments and providing therapy.
  • Expertise in a range of diagnostic tools and therapeutic modalities.
